Federal payments should be made directly through the official IRS payment systems.
Confirm the tax year and the type of payment (balance due, estimated payment, extension payment) before submitting.

Use only official IRS and New York State payment systems, or a payment method specifically approved by Evening Star. Evening Star does not accept tax payments through this website.
New York State tax payment
New York payments should be made through the official New York State Department of Taxation and Finance systems.
Estimated taxes
Estimated payments are advance tax payments made during the year. The amount and timing depend upon the taxpayer's circumstances. Use the amounts provided by Evening Star when applicable.
Extension payments
An extension extends the time to file the return. It generally does not extend the time to pay tax that is due.
Keep a record of every payment
Please keep and send us the payment date, amount, tax year and confirmation number. Evening Star cannot always identify payments from prior-year records alone.
