How the secure process works

• Existing clients: use the secure client portal invitation sent to your email address. Each invitation is specific to you.
• New clients: contact us or book a short call and we will send a secure portal invitation.
• Payroll clients: employee and banking information is routed through the approved payroll process — ask us if you are unsure which applies to you.

If you have not received an invitation, or your link has expired, contact us and we will reissue it. We never publish portal passwords or account-specific links on this website.

• Full bank-account and routing numbers
• Tax-return files
• Driver's licenses or other identification images
• Sensitive payroll records
• Passwords
• Complete confidential tax notices, where secure upload is available
